gsissh configuration: replace ncm-gsissh by ncm-metaconfig #93

The old ncm-gsissh does nothing useful with recent version of gsissh (see #83 discussion), except updating a configuration file and restarting the service in case of modification. Something that should be easy to handle with ncm-metaconfig.

Unlikely to be ready for 14.10, so bumped.
