Broken link #98

I couldn't find the code... but:

These steps are described in Project Quay Security Scanning with Clair.

Seems to go no where, or at least link's 404's when I attempt to use it.

Thanks- we are in the process of updating our upstream docs to match the latest changes coming with Quay 3.4/Clair V4 soon. Looks like we missed a link.
