This PR introduces the following changes:

Score Adaptation: adjusts the scoring mechanism to accommodate different duration parameters for the maximum number of modifications.
Score Test Generation: enables the generation of score files with various settings using the ScoreReference code.
Score Unit Tests: executes the scoring process and compares the results with pre-generated files to save time.

Ground Truth CSV Files:

samplefile.csv: contains mining seeds, public keys, and nonces. Each row represents a sample.
scores.csv: contains the score results. Each column corresponds to a parameter configuration, and each row corresponds to a sample in samplefile.csv.
