A form has to be filled and sent (possible by email) to the authorities according to the instructions here https://cyber.gouv.fr/controle-reglementaire-sur-la-cryptographie-les-formulaires

@AndyQus If we want to have the app available for France store, a declaration has to be made https://cyber.gouv.fr/controle-reglementaire-sur-la-cryptographie-les-formulaires. For the first versions, we could exclude France store.
