the tick number is very old, seems it is not updated to recent tick

We tested the vault file in another new browser, Edge on Windows, and the old tick was there too.

Now I've done some debugging and added his address to my public IDs to query the assets. Here too, I only get my assets back, as there is nothing on his address.

I re-imported his vault file with him on his new laptop in a different browser, Edge, and here too, his CFB assets are visible with an old tick. Otherwise, he had used Chrome

User created a new vault file with his seed and it works there.
