Support HMAC-based cryptographic commitments, based on collision-resistant cryptographic hashes (e.g., SHA-3-256) and the HMAC construction.
Support keyed-hash based cryptographic commitments, based on Blake2b's support for length-extension attack resistant keyed-hashing.
