Ideally, when you run rubix_admin installer install
rubix_admin installer install
It should install the latest released version of rubix. As of today, it should be this. https://github.com/qubole/rubix/tree/rubix-root-0.3.1
But I think its defaulting to qubole-rubix-0.2.13-SNAPSHOT20171114022543.noarch which has some qubole specific users.
Env details: $ rubix_admin -v 0.4.0 Operating System: Ubuntu 14.04.5 LTS EC2 Instance Type: r4.2xlarge
$ rubix_admin -v 0.4.0
