Wrong error on invalid BSS #33

Connecting to a bootstrap server that is online but not responding properly issues the error "No response from bootstrap server (altough it is online). Probably a bug." This is incorrect, and should take into account that not all servers are Amoeba bootstrap servers. So in particular, the "bug" part is wrong, but until I'm sure when exactly this error is issued I'll leave it as it is.
