kilo-pounds or just pounds? #245

Actually, there are several problems here:

  1. According to our naming rules, the qname should be FT-KiloLB_F-PER-A (alphabetical order for the first two elements).
  2. The conversion multiplier is the correct order of magnitude, but something is wrong:

I'll go in, check these conversion multipliers, and fix the qnames.

If your original issue was whether we should just have pounds vs. Kilopounds, I would imagine this could be influenced by what is common by those who use such a unit. I have no idea. I suppose we could add the non-Kilo versions as well. Anybody have insight on usage?

My question was triggered by seeing 'kilo' in the name, but absent in the representations. Looked like it might have been a copy-and-paste thing?
