Missing Unit: Therm (US) / hour #666

qudt already has Therm (https://qudt.org/vocab/unit/THM_US) & https://qudt.org/vocab/unit/BTU_IT-PER-HR, so I think it follows suit for therms-per-hour to exist as well.

I went ahead and put together a PR for this as well https://github.com/qudt/qudt-public-repo/pull/667 (since it appears I failed to do something to get these to link to eachother)
