Add quantitykind:StrainEnergyReleaseRate

This adds quantitykind:EnergyReleaseRate and references it as a quantity kind for a few already existing units.

SHACL validation passed.

In the domain of fracture mechanics, the concept is widely called "Energy Release Rate", or sometimes "Strain Energy Release Rate".
