adcs-66 implement help functionality #118

CHANGES

Created a class that contains all the help messages and functions to access them
Implemented "help" command for each command to print out messages
Added an intro message when starting the simulator
moved the text_colour struct to the common structs file
Added missing #pragma once to adcs_exception

REASON Help messages will make running the program easier for users

TESTING All help messages work as expected. Unit tests still pass.
