CHANGES

Implemented C++ Simulation to state as described in ReadMe
Implemented MATLAB Simulation (to be deprecated, no longer in production)
Added a basic PID controller for the pointing mode of the satellite.

REASON First implementation

TESTING Extensive testing on each. Unit tests and performance tests are available for the C++ code, and functionality is described in the readme.
