ADCS PCB - Create BOMs #123

Motivation/Description ⛰️

In order to order the PCBs, a bill of materials is required for each.

Next Steps 🚶

[x] Confirm all parts are correct for each PCB
[x] Ensure all parts desired are available from JLCPCB and find their appropriate number
[x] Create BOM according to their specifications for each PCB

This task is completed when each PCB has an appropriate BOM created and completed in Satellite-ADCS/adcs-3000-boms
