Motivation/Description ⛰️

Documentation is not unified across ADCS (and qsat in general) and needs to be improved. All documentation should be updated to follow the ADCS documentation template provided in teams TODO PROVIDE LINK.

This task is done when the new document is created and all existing information about the design is included in the document. As this is a living document, it is not expected to be complete. Only that all current information should be included.

The file csdc-4100-adcs-mcu-design.docx has been created and populated with preliminary design information with consultation of existing OBC designs for STM32. These will need t0 be updated when obc knowledge transfer have been completed.
