Add terms.html

By adding terms.html, you can display all the tags/categories applied in your blogs. The additional file is /layouts/_default/terms.html, which can be modified.

Actually I wrote a term.html back then that looks exactly like yours. I cancelled this feature in the end because I thought the design was not visually pleasing enough and I can't think of a better one.

I am too occupied right now, so I will look into your PR in June or July, and find some way to improve the visual design.
