fix faction flight being disabled when you kill mob stacks at range

you can kill any singular mob with a bow and arrow and it won't disable faction flight, whereas if you try killing mob stacks, faction flight is disabled because of combat

this behaviour should be fully consistent - so either back to how vanilla handles it or any ranged kills disabling faction flight.
