end game content #4

there's not much to do when your faction has done almost everything you could ever want, so adding more non-vanilla content would be great

Gimme suggestions / ideas / ... One thing I wanted to add was just a basic "count how much shit your fac has collected over time," but beyond that idk

it would be nice to have a respawnable boss with a lot higher difficulty (talking multiple faction members with quite decent armour and gear) etc.

this means it's effectively strictly end-game content and it means you can't just solo in there for easy exp all the time. again, designing new things would be way beyond the boundaries of normal suggestions, so perhaps look at some (reputable) plugins?

The problem is more of "I'm not a game designer" than "I can't add it," more than anything, I think.

That's completely understandable, which is why I recommended looking at plugins instead I know you don't like the vast majority of them though

The problem with that is more that they tend to be a broad framework that you can configure, rather than prebaked content, at least ime. That makes it circle back to "l2gamedesign" :/

oh right, hmm realistically the only thing we can add to the server as good end game content would be 1. mobs 2. economy maybe? it'd be awesome to trade with people in a common currency or some other stuff i cant think of at this moment

Potential endgame content could include A, S, and S+ weapons / armour with enchantment levels far higher than regularly achievable, or with custom enchantments via this Bukkit or this Spigot plugin. Items could be loot drops from custom bosses as @SamOphis suggested, bought in a hypothetical item shop at a very expensive price, gambled via dispensers or whatnot...
