Show countdown on Q-Phase page

Motivation

I just had the spontaneous idea of adding a countdown to the page for the Q-Phase. View this as a quick prototype to showcase what we could consider.

Preview

Once the countdown expires, there is confetti as a visual effect, just as a small gimmick.
