Talk title

The Science of Effective Learning

Abstract

This talk will explore the science of how we learn and provide practical strategies for optimizing the learning process. I'll discuss the importance of active recall, spaced repetition, and interleaving, as well as the role of sleep, exercise, and mindfulness in enhancing learning outcomes. Attendees will leave with a toolkit of evidence-based techniques they can apply to their own learning pursuits.

if you have any slides or visuals (there's a video projector) you'd like to show during your talk please either: 1. bring something that can output video to hdmi or 2. you can use my laptop if you have an internet link or files or whatever.
