Help with Eclipse on Windows #161

Hi, I have a few basic questions...

How do you upload the different targets to the Arduino via Eclipse? And Eclipse does not recognize 'Serial' when typed into the editor, how should I fix this? I am using Eclipse Mars on Windows 8.1
