Add Partial Bible Verses #243

Add the ability to put partial Bible verses along with normal Bible verses to the schedule. Maybe allow the user to highlight a specific part of a verse to be used.

Also, it would be useful to be able to edit the verses after they are added to a playlist, like songs can. Not sure if this is a thing already
