Option to allow import all items from Planning Center, not only songs and media #525

In order to gain time on slides production, this feature allows you to have the whole service plan imported from Planning Centre, with zero effort to replicate remnant items (not imported) from Planning Centre.

To do that, it should import item title and description (even blank). These are some examples of other item types besides song and media: bible verses, pray moments, prelude, poslude, welcome, choir, ...)

@ricardomvalverde Definitely something we should look at - won't be in 2022.0, but we'll take a look for a later release.

Thanks, Berry! I'll be looking forward to this new feature! This will aid us a lot to automatise the slide production. By the way, I have a doubt. In all projection softwares I have tested, none of them had an option to replicate videos and images in the stage monitor. The best feature I realised was a countdown in the stage monitor while a video was running on the main monitor. Is this too complicated to be implemented? It is always demanded and I have no idea how I can deal with this.
