Bible books translations #643

Proposing to add the translations for the Bible books names.

I have only the M1 machine for now, so not able to test the code, but the build is not failing, so I hope this works :)

LGTM! This will only work on books that don't have explicit names in the XML as that's where BOOK_NAME_STRATEGIES comes into play, but it's a good addition to have.
