Overzealous input validation of phone numbers

When trying to annotate the phone number (as a hand phone number or office number), the app restricts the field to only be numbers, this could overly restrict the freedom of the user to enter something that is potentially more helpful/convenient for them.

Instead, the app could throw a warning telling the user that the field should contain only numbers as it is a phone number but it should not restrict the entry of the user.

Typically, insurance agents only contact their clients based on their mobile number. In addition, the remark section enables users to key in other information to aid users where he can add alternate contact methods.
