Added contributors tab

Contributors are already tracked by GitHub. If this is for Wiki edits, we are planning on setting up documentation within the repo itself and a system to automatically push that documentation to the github wiki. Once this is complete, you may edit the wiki pages via pull request and that will mark you as a contributor.
