added hotkeys to toggleemotions for screenobjects

Keep this PR open! We want to add the ability for emotions to be a whole set of talking/blinking images rather than just a static image.

We love the idea, just want to expand on it before we get it merged.

Let us know if you're interested in doing that work, otherwise we'll plan on merging it to a branch and expanding on it when we find the time.
