Only supporting animated avatars in the form of sprite sheets may require the user to completely recreate their avatar in a photo editing software. Users of Veadotube and other similar programs may have avatars already as 4 different images.

Allow users to upload the 4 images they already have without having to convert them to a sprite sheet.

The only alternative is to import all 4 images into a photo editor and create a sprite sheet from them.
