BUG: Sometimes the settings UI gets bright and transparent #27

Describe the bug For some users, the settings UI will occasionally turn transparent and white

To Reproduce Genuinely not sure what reproduces this issue. Someone showed me that it consistently happens on their machine when the GeForce overlay activates, but I don't think the GeForce overlay is the cause as I can't reproduce it on my machine.

Expected behavior The settings UI should neither change transparency nor color.

Screenshots I didn't get a chance to ask for screenshots :(

Do you have a video of this issue? What OS/Hardware was the computer using at the time?
