Add support for limited sprite sheet

Some users may not have an avatar that blinks or changes when talking.

The avatar sprite sheets should be dynamic to allow:

• [x] Avatars that blink but don't talk
• [x] Avatars that talk but don't blink
• [x] Avatars that are just a single texture and neither blink nor talk
