Help isloating the issue

[Server thread/INFO] [net.minecraft.server.network.NetHandlerLoginServer]: /{ip} lost connection: Internal Exception: io.netty.handler.codec.DecoderException: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Could not initialize class com.comphenix.protocol.events.PacketContainer

Description

Whenever i try to connect to my server i get this error, this started happening i believe between 1.7.5 and 1.9.2, if required i can do some additional testing to find out when it was introduced

can't fix it , the Shadow is located in the target class of the datawatcher , so its probably a mod compat
