utilfile error #61

I am trying to upload file using utilfile. I am working on machine Silo on HackTheBox

odat utlfile -s silo.htb -p 1521 -U scott -P tiger -d XE --sysdba --putFile c:/ writeup.exe writeup.exe

I have resolved as it the path was not added
