Added --ledger-binary parameter #124

Introduced --ledger-binary parameter

It is used to specify ledger binary if it's not in PATH or not at the default locations

If it is specified, but it's not there, an exception is thrown
If it's not specified, the defaults are probed
If it's not specified and the binary can't be found at either of the default locations, try launch ledger anyway, hoping it's in PATH
If everything fails, an informative exception is thrown
