Reduce API Calls #478

In the character sheet/builder (and potentially elsewhere), reduce API calls by using dialog close actions to save.

For example:

  1. Open setting menu
  2. Clone the underlying settings data
  3. User makes edit
  4. Click close/save
  5. Set entire settings attribute
