Fixing to show all fields schema from pipedrive. (including custom fields)

This PR is to be able to use all fields of deals, people, organizations.

Currently, visible fields are only below (deal's example).

By this PR, visible fields are below.

Hi, Thank you for your great plugin!

Currently, visible fields are limited to be title, user_id, value, stage_id, status, probability.

Any reasons about it? This PR has any problems?

I'm testing in a dev environment and works fine. I believe that @quesihealy is not maintaining the repo nor the plugin. Thanks!
