Support to customs field #7

I like the direction this is going, but it overrides a lot of default functionality and will confuse a user with every option. Some options, like ID, will cause the API to add the person and deal to fail. In short we can't add every option because some will cause the submission to fail and others (like organization id for example) won't work well for a cf7 submission field. Before this can be added the user options have to be cleaned up and the option to add the deal title needs to be re-added. Let me know if you have more questions or clarifications.

Hello I made changes in the form with the integration fields. To minimize the confusion with multiples fields on the screen. Now only the filled field will show, and there is a dropdown to add the ones that are empty
