test: add tests for cli commands #43

Zusätzlich zu den Tests habe ich ein paar Codestellen überarbeitet (vorallem die Fehlerbehandlung).

Es fehlen aktuell noch Tests zum IndexCreator und dem run-Command, die in einem späteren PR hinzugefügt werden sollten.
