fix: update pydantic + deprecated FieldInfo #61

Mir ist hier (907771961078c5e51be82fa9405701437cf58b99) ein Fehler unterlaufen und die pydantic Version wurde gar nicht geupdated. Außerdem ist FieldInfo anscheinend jetzt auch in pydantic.fields und nicht mehr in pydantic.main
