Warum deklarieren wir nochmal überall worker vor einem with?

Die innere worker-Variable shadowed doch auch eh die äußere... Oder übersehe ich hier irgendwas?

Um PyCharm auf die Sprünge zu helfen. Ich hab es auch gerade ausprobiert und der Bug tritt weiterhin auf. https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/PY-36444
