Add new XWiki 2.0 serializer #192

Currently only a serializer for XWiki 1.0 syntax exists.
But there is XWiki 2.0 out there. 
This path adds a new serializer for XWiki 2.0 syntax.

Remark: This serializer is a separate implementation, not related
to the official implementation.
