What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Microsoft Lync

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Whilst the setting page renders, the contact list and/or messages do not render.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 2010 (4.0.7577.4356)
