The application might be interested in:

time the receive side was active
time the send side was active
number of UDP packets sent
number of UDP packets received
size of UDP packets sent
size of UDP packets received

Possible API:

Return a ConnectionStats from ProxyConnectedSocket.
Add a context.Context to Proxy, and set a value on that context.
