Fix cout issues with corrupted packet log

• add endl
• add missing space before printing ip address
• cast values to unsigned int so that hex printing works
• go back to decimal mode once hex printing is complete

Why don’t we use print?

Trying to match other spots, and the ip is a c++ class I didn't immediately know how to handle in a printf.

I'm pretty sure this PR should have everything correct now, fwiw 😃👍
