Reactive Gesture Detection Demo #149

This PR adds a new demo to the repo: hand_gesture_detection2 (aspect ratio of the GIF is a bit messed up for some reason)

Note: one blocker for merging this is that the required weights are not yet available for download. Soon... :crossed_fingers:
