Update QEMU to 8.0.3 #15

We saw that issue with whisper.cpp but I guess it didn't occur to me that the QEMU release we picked was so far behind.

Actually, I think I'll need to remove that 0002-remove-unused-variable.patch too while I'm at it, so let's consider this as a draft PR for now.
