Publish to Maven Central #188

It would be useful to have the AlivePDF swc published to the Central Maven
repository.  This can be accomplished through oss.sonatype.org , see
http://nexus.sonatype.org/oss-repository-hosting.html for information.

Yes, this is going to happen and will be perfect for AlivePDF.
