User FAQ in the Wiki is out of date for QFJ build process #598

Describe the bug "User FAQ" and "Developer Resources" in the Wiki are out of date.

for example : QFJ Build process. "How do I rebuild QF/J? You need ant."

Expected behavior The readme build instructions are good, perhaps refer to the readme. Consider retiring the wiki.

Also see #237 I think most of the webpage is outdated and www.quickfixj.org should point to GitHub eventually. I need to pick that up again.
