Refactor card creation code #5

On creation, the contents of each CategoryCard or CourseCard should be generated from a Category or Course object, respectively. Otherwise, implementing grade editing will become really messy later.

This may not be a very high priority, since we'll probably redo the UI when we get new mobile mockups.
