Right now, exam grades and semester averages are displayed alongside cycles. However, as seen in this mockup, this data should be rendered redundant.

The detail view should display only grades in specific cycles. Cycle and semester average data will be displayed alongside assignment information, and the exam grade will only be shown in the overview/dashboard.

Removed exam and semester cards in 3cdcb2a1d3f52b6cc63b8d6c37db5530315b8881. Still need to display card for cycle/semester averages.
