Hide semester if there are no grades? #18

There's no use in displaying an entire row of grey if there are no grades. In my opinion, it would make the UI cleaner if we just hide that row if there are no grades.

Alternatively, display "No grades" in place of a row of dashes in the empty semester row.

Changed behaviour of table cells depending on whether there are grades available or not, and how many semesters have available data.
